My name is Jayden Cino, a third-generation realtor at Cornerstone Realty! A company my grandmother started 25 years ago, and my father re-established in 2005. The move to real estate was a natural fit for me watching them assist in making family’s dreams come true while growing up.

 I have lived in Williamson New York my whole life. I have been working on our family farm since 2008 learning new skills and selling our products. Being an organic farmer has taught me so many skills that I have brought into my real estate career. Insanely long hours, time management and top-notch organization were must haves for me. I kept myself healthy to handle the physical labor and my business skills sharp dealing with marketing promotions and working with buyers and sellers. Interpersonal skills are a big deal for most business owners, including farmers. In fact, organic farmers have to work even harder than regular famers on interpersonal skills because not all consumers know about organics. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills also allowed me to analyze the toughest situations, gather new information and formulate a plan that may have been outside of the box. No matter how crazy it became, a cool head and the ability to think and work under pressure was essential. It is true of any successful worker or business owner, but as an organic farmer, I not only faced changing climates and long days but pressure from the conventional and organic sides of the agriculture industry.

I knew in my Junior year of High School that I wanted to become a Realtor. My Senior year I set up my schedule specifically so that I could leave early and go work at the Real Estate office. Throughout this time, I took online marketing classes that allowed me to become more knowledgeable in how to market properties on social media and how to design advertisements. I would also shadow other Realtors in the office and while doing that I saw the relationships that are created and how you get to work with a variety of amazing people. This made me beyond excited to get started and motivated me to learn everything a can about the industry. 

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and girlfriend Deanna Bender who I have been with since fifth grade. We love to travel together and look forward to doing more of it in the future. So far, we have been to Myrtle Beach, Orlando Florida, Cabo San Lucas, and two cruises to the Bahamas!
